Cardio used to feel like the answer.

Building muscle is one of the most powerful things you can do in this phase of life. It supports metabolism, improves body composition, and helps with long term health.

You do not need a perfect week to see progress.
You need a consistent one.
Perimenopause is not forgiving when it comes to all or nothing thinking. The women who succeed here are the ones who keep showing up, even when life is busy, messy, or unpredictable.
A solid plan that you can follow on your busiest days will always beat a perfect plan you cannot sustain.
